Perfectly situated in the Conca d'Oro of Panzano in Chianti, it is very much left to its own devices, with a minimum of intervention and absolutely NO chemical treatments whatsoever; this olive grove is beyond organic.

 

The olives are picked in November and pressed within 24 hours of harvesting to ensure the oil is as fresh as it can possibly be.

 

It comes in 0.5 and 1L cans and you can order the oil direclty from Vinochisti
